1 cup of water

3 cups of wheat flour

1 pinch of salt

1 stock cube/sachet (choose your favorite flavor, we used vegetable)

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Filling

2 shredded chicken breasts

Catupiry or cream cheese

How to prepare the dough

1. Place the milk, water, salt, broth, and mayonnaise in a saucepan. When the liquid boils, add the flour all at once. Stir quickly to coat the flour. Don't worry if there are lumps of flour; they will dissolve later.

2. Spread a little oil on the countertop to place the dough on as soon as it's removed from the heat. Roll it out with a rolling pin. When it's lukewarm, start kneading with your hands.

Tip: It's normal for the hot dough to be soft and sticky, but as it cools it takes on a great texture: soft, firm and tasty.

How to prepare the filling

1. Cook the chicken breasts, then shred the meat.

2. In a pan, add the garlic, onion, salt, parsley and other seasonings of your choice and the shredded chicken to sauté.

3. Roll the dough into balls and flatten into circles. Then top with some catupiry or cream cheese and shredded chicken. Now, just close the filling and shape into coxinha shapes.

Make it and try it, you won't want to make any other dough again!
