French fries in a bowl of ham and raclette cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 fireproof glass bowl
  • 3 potatoes
  • 5 slices of parma ham
  • 5 slices of raclette cheese
  • Paprika
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pickles and parsley

How to Prepare

  1. Place the glass bowl upside down on your work surface and completely wrap it with the Parma ham slices.
  2. Now, bake the bowl of ham in the oven for 30 minutes at 130°C. Let it cool and then remove it. Now you have a delicious bowl of ham.
  3. While the ham cools, bring the oil to a boil in a large pot. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thin slices. Fry them.
  4. Season the potatoes to taste with salt, paprika, and rosemary. Then, pour them into the ham bowl.
  5. Cheese time: Place the raclette slices in a deep skillet and let them melt. To prevent the cheese from burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan, remember to stir constantly.
  6. Then, pour the cream cheese over the potatoes. Chop the pickles and parsley and sprinkle them on top.
  7. Finally, and most importantly: enjoy! You can eat the fries and save the bowl for last, or eat both at the same time.

Enjoy!

  4. Grease a medium pan (like a baking tray, without a hole in the center) with margarine and flour.
  5. Pour the caramel and on top of it the bananas (I use silver bananas) cut lengthwise.
  6. Finally, add the cake batter and bake.
  7. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. For the topping: Melt 3/4 cup of sugar, then pour in 1/2 cup of hot water, wait for the sugar to dissolve, let it thicken a little and pour into the greased pan.
