Ingredients – Dough

  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 to 4 carrots (depending on size)

Ingredients – Topping

  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation Method

  1. Place the carrots (peeled and chopped) and milk in a blender and blend for a few moments.
  2. In a separate bowl, place the margarine and sugar and beat well.
  3. Add the eggs, beat well until the dough is very light, then mix in the flour, beat for a few moments and add the yeast.
  4. Once everything is well blended, add the blender mixture and mix everything together.
  5. Place in a greased pan and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 250º.
  6. After baking, wait for the cake to cool and make the frosting.
  7. In a pan, pour the milk, sugar, margarine and chocolate powder, bring to the boil and stir constantly until you can see the bottom of the pan.
  8. This point is about 10 minutes after the syrup has started to boil.
  9. Once ready, pierce the cake several times with a knife and cover it with the syrup.
  10. The result is a delicious cake that looks and tastes like pudding!

Blender carrot cake

Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Ingredients – For the board:

  • Butter for greasing
  • Flour for dusting
  • Ingredients – For topping:
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of milk

Preparation Method –

  1. The cake preparation method is very easy, just blend all the ingredients in the blender, adding the flour little by little.
  2. Then grease and flour a pan and pour the batter into it. Bake in a moderate oven for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool, and then unmold.

  1. While the cake is baking, in a pan, place all the topping ingredients and stir well until it comes to a boil.
  2. Then spread it over the still warm cake and when it cools it will form a crust.
