Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar

How to Prepare

1st step – Start by beating the eggs in the blender, and then add the milk and condensed milk, always beating.

2nd step – To prepare the syrup, you must melt the sugar in the pan and add water, allowing it to thicken.

3rd step – With everything ready, you must caramelize the normal pudding mold and place the dough inside.

Step 4 – Then cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it inside the pressure cooker.

Step 5 – You will need a very large pan so that the pudding mold fits inside.

Step 6 – Next, add water to the pressure cooker until it covers half of the pudding mold. Cover and turn on the heat.

7th step – When pressure builds, you must lower the heat.

8th step – Leave for another 10 minutes and then turn off.

Wait for the pressure to release normally, so the pudding will finish cooking. When this happens, remove the lid, remove the pudding mold from the pan, and refrigerate for an hour.
