  • 1 measure (from the corn can) of cornmeal
  • 1 measure (from the can of corn) of sugar
  • 1 measure (from the corn can) of oil
  • 1/2 measure (from the corn can) of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  •  1 measure of coconut or cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Let's get ready

Blend the sweetcorn and milk in a blender and blend lightly. Then strain the liquid to remove all the pulp. After straining, pour the liquid back into the blender and add the remaining ingredients. Finally, add the yeast; however, do not blend, just stir with a spoon.

  • 1 liter of milk
