Ingredients – Vanilla cream

  • 1 can or 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 3 sifted egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of milk
  • A quarter teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • Half a teacup or 100 grams of cream in a box

Preparation Method – Vanilla Cream

  1. In a pan, place the condensed milk, egg yolks, dissolved starch, vanilla essence and mix.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, for approximately 7 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Makes 660 grams.

Ingredients – Sugar syrup

  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons or 20 grams of sugar
  • A quarter teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation Method – Sugar Syrup

  1. In a pan, place the water and sugar and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil for about 1 minute.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the vanilla essence and set aside in a tube.

Ingredients – Ganache

  • Half a teacup or 100 grams of chocolate blend in drops (semi-sweet chocolate with milk chocolate)
  • 50 grams of cream 20% fat

Preparation Method – Ganache

  1. In a bowl, place the chocolate blend and cream and mix.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove from microwave, stir and set aside.

Ingredients – Chocolate Cake

  • 1 cup of tea or 117 grams of chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of tea or 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 and a half cups of tea or 280 grams of sifted sugar
  • 1 cup of tea or 240 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of sifted baking powder

Preparation method – Chocolate cake

  1. Sift the cocoa powder and wheat flour through a sieve, mix, and set aside.
  2. Place the eggs in the mixer and beat on high speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Turn off the mixer, add the sugar and beat on low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Turn off the mixer, add half of the wheat flour and chocolate mixture, half a cup of warm water and beat again until smooth.
  5. Turn off the mixer again, add the other half of the wheat flour and cocoa powder mixture, plus half a cup of water and beat for another 30 seconds.
  6. Turn off the mixer, mix in the yeast with a spatula, and transfer to a 28-centimeter diameter by 5-centimeter high baking pan greased with butter.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, crumble the cake, and set aside. Makes 1 kilo and 100 grams.

Ingredients – Assembly

  • 660 grams of vanilla cream
  • 260 grams or 2 and a half cups of crumbled ready-made chocolate cake
  • 3 chocolates filled with chopped peanut butter
  • 150 grams of ganache

Chocolate sprinkles to taste

  • 2 peanut butter filled bonbons, cut in half
  • 1 chocolate filled with peanut butter
  • 5 strawberries
  • 3 cherries with stems

Preparation Method – Assembly

  1. In a bowl, make layers in the following order: 2 tablespoons of vanilla cream, half of the crumbled ready-made chocolate cake, drizzle with sugar syrup, distribute 330 grams of vanilla cream, 3 chocolates filled with chopped peanut cream, the other part of the crumbled ready-made chocolate cake, drizzle with sugar syrup again, spread the remaining filling and finish with the ganache.
  2. Refrigerate the cup for 6 hours, remove from the fridge and decorate with chocolate sprinkles, halved candies, the whole candy in the center of the cup, strawberries, cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
