French fries in a bowl of ham and raclette cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 fireproof glass bowl
- 3 potatoes
- 5 slices of parma ham
- 5 slices of raclette cheese
- Paprika
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pickles and parsley
How to Prepare
- Place the glass bowl upside down on your work surface and completely wrap it with the Parma ham slices.
- Now, bake the bowl of ham in the oven for 30 minutes at 130°C. Let it cool and then remove it. Now you have a delicious bowl of ham.
- While the ham cools, bring the oil to a boil in a large pot. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thin slices. Fry them.
- Season the potatoes to taste with salt, paprika, and rosemary. Then, pour them into the ham bowl.
- Cheese time: Place the raclette slices in a deep skillet and let them melt. To prevent the cheese from burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan, remember to stir constantly.
- Then, pour the cream cheese over the potatoes. Chop the pickles and parsley and sprinkle them on top.
- Finally, and most importantly: enjoy! You can eat the fries and save the bowl for last, or eat both at the same time.
Enjoy!
