Mass:
- Chop into very small pieces and place on a large baking sheet, then sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar and set aside.
- Beat the dough ingredients by hand.
- Place on top of the chopped pineapple and bake.
Cream:
- In a pan, place the cream ingredient, remembering (that the cornstarch must be dissolved in a little water) and heat until it thickens.
- Once done, place it on top of the already baked cake.
Frosting:
- Then just beat the frosting in the mixer and put it on top of the cake too, sprinkle grated coconut on top.

- 4 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of yeast

- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 cup of sugar
- Topping: 4 pineapple slices
- 6 pitted plums
