Ingredients

Mass:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) of boiling milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 large pineapple

Cream:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Frosting:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons of refined sugar
  • 1 small package of shredded coconut

Mass:

  1. Chop into very small pieces and place on a large baking sheet, then sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar and set aside.
  2. Beat the dough ingredients by hand.
  3. Place on top of the chopped pineapple and bake.

Cream:

  1. In a pan, place the cream ingredient, remembering (that the cornstarch must be dissolved in a little water) and heat until it thickens.

  1. Then just beat the frosting in the mixer and put it on top of the cake too, sprinkle grated coconut on top.
