Ingredients – Dough
- 4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 2 cups of refined sugar
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation Method
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat, set aside after the butter has completely dissolved in the milk.
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites until they reach a stiff peak, then add the egg yolks, sugar, flour, reserved milk and baking powder and beat for a few more minutes until you obtain a smooth batter.
- Attention: Do not add all the ingredients at once, as it may cause lumps. It is advisable to add one at a time and mix slowly, leaving the baking powder for last.
- Once the dough is ready, separate half of it into another container.
- With the other half of the dough, add the chocolate powder and beat a little more until well mixed.
- In a greased round pan with a central hole, add half of the white dough and then, spreading it all over, the other half with the chocolate powder.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.
Blender Mixed Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
Preparation Method:
- In the blender, place the ingredients exactly in this sequence: Eggs, sugar, milk, wheat, oil.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Then add the yeast and stir gently until well combined.
- Divide the dough into two parts and place one part in a round pan with a hole in the middle, greased and floured.
- With the other half you must mix the chocolate powder.
- Pour over the half that is in the pan, making circles.
- Then just bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 40 minutes.
