Nest Milk Volcano Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 60g margarine or 1 cup oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of Ninho Milk
  • 1 spoon of yeast
  • 2 full cups of wheat
  • 100ml of water

Coverage

Chocolate:

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 1 small spoon of margarine (or butter)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder or Nutella

Nestlé Milk Brigadeiro:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of Ninho Milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (or butter)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 box of cream

Preparation Method

Mass:

  1. Add the eggs, sugar, powdered milk, and margarine to the mixer and beat well.
  2. Finally, add the water and gradually add the flour with the mixer on.
  3. And then the yeast, stirring carefully to incorporate it.
  4. Place in a greased perforated pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180º-200ºC.
  5. Topping: Mix the chocolate topping ingredients and microwave for two minutes.
  6. Place the ingredients for the milk nest brigadeiro in a pan (except the cream) over low heat, stirring constantly.
  7. When the cream comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the cream.
  8. Assembly: fill the hole in the cake batter with the chocolate cream and then with the Ninho milk brigadeiro.

White Chocolate Cream with Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 box of cream
  • 400g chopped white chocolate
  • 2 boxes of strawberries
  • 200g white chocolate shavings (for decorating)

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. In a saucepan, place the milk, sugar and cornstarch and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
  3. Then add the white chocolate and stir until you get a smooth cream.
  4. Wash and chop 1 can of strawberries. Set aside.

ASSEMBLY

  1. In a serving dish, alternate layers of cream and chopped strawberries.
  2. Finish with the cream and refrigerate for about 2 hours, with plastic wrap over the surface of the cream (to prevent a film from forming).
  3. Decorate with whole strawberries and white chocolate shavings.
