Ingredients for the stuffed brigadeiro bonbon
- 600g chopped hydrogenated milk chocolate
- 150g chopped hydrogenated white chocolate
- Filling: 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cream
Preparation method
- For the filling, place the condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
- Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler.
- Brush a layer of melted chocolate into candy molds and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Remove and repeat the procedure, creating a second layer of chocolate.
- Remove from the freezer and fill the molds with the filling.
- Cover the molds with the remaining chocolate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove and unmold carefully.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, place it in a piping bag, decorate the chocolates, and refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
- Place in paper cups and serve.

- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups (tea) of sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 3 seedless apples, thickly sliced
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
- Frying oil
- Creamy dulce de leche to accompany
Preparation method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sparkling water and cinnamon powder until smooth.
- Coat the apple slices in this flour mixture and fry, a few at a time, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Coat with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon and serve with dulce de leche.
