Delicious cheesecake (cheese and coconut)

The soft consistency of a pudding and the delicious flavor of parmesan appearing at the bottom of the deliciousness of this cake!

I made this cake in a 20x20 square pan, it is short as you can see in the photo, but I believe it is the ideal height for its texture.

A smaller pan might make the middle even creamier as it will be higher, a larger pan, no way!

The coconut in this recipe is also very important.

The coconut makes the surface of the cake dry, and the crust on the soft inside (of the cheese) gives that delicious contrast!

1 dessert spoon of baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease and flour a small cake frame.

In a blender, place the eggs, milk, butter, sugar, coconut and parmesan and blend for 2 minutes or until all the ingredients are well mixed.

Mix the flour and yeast until there are no lumps of flour, stir with a wooden spoon or blend very little in the blender.

Transfer the dough (liquid) to the baking tray and bake until the crust is golden brown (approximately 40 minutes)

Remove from the oven and wait until it is warm or cool before cutting and serving.

Or refrigerate after cooling for 1 hour to serve chilled.

You can eat this cake warm or refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
