  • 1/4 cup (tea) of warm milk
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour

Mass:

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of warm water
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of butter at room temperature
  • 100g of cooked and mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (approximately)
  • Wheat flour for dusting
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Filling:

  • 150g grated ham
  • 150g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 100g chopped green olives
  • 150g creamy cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

Preparation method:

  1. For fermentation, in a container, dissolve the yeast with the sugar.
  2. Add the warm milk and flour and let it rest for 15 minutes to rise.
  3. Add the dough ingredients and knead until soft and no longer sticks to your hands.
  4. If necessary, add more flour.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until you have a 40cm x 30cm rectangle. Distribute the filling ingredients over the dough and roll it up like a Swiss roll.
  6. Cut the Swiss roll into slices every 2cm and spread them on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the cut side facing up.
  7. Let it rest for another 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
  8. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
  10. Wait for it to cool, package and deliver your order.

Avocado Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium, very ripe avocado
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk – 200g (if you want it sweeter, use the whole can and don’t add cream)
  • 1 box of cream – 200g
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the avocado into medium pieces and place in the blender jar.
  2. Combine the cream and condensed milk and pulse until smooth. If you prefer a more tart consistency, add the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
  3. If you have trouble blending, stop the blender, use a spoon to help, and blend again. Do this a few times until the cream is ready.
  4. Refrigerate in a covered container and serve immediately.
  5. It is very important to make this cream only when ready to serve so that it does not oxidize and become dark and bitter.
