Write down the ingredients for Ninho ice cream:

  • 1 and 1/2 cans of condensed milk;
  • 2 boxes of cream;
  • 1 cup of Ninho powdered milk;
  • 250 ml of whole carton milk;

Write down the ingredients for the milk chocolate ganache topping:

  • 200 grams of milk or semi-sweet chocolate, if you prefer;
  • 1 box of cream

How to prepare Ninho ice cream:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth and set aside.

How to prepare the milk chocolate ganache topping:

Chop all the chocolate and place it in a mixing bowl, then heat the cream in the microwave or on the stovetop, but don't let it boil. When the cream is lukewarm to hot, pour it over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. The mixture will have a smooth, shiny texture.

Once done, take a round cake pan and pour the ganache topping all over the sides and bottom. Then carefully add the ice cream. Refrigerate for two hours, or until set. To unmold, remove the pan from the refrigerator, run a little water over the bottom or let it warm on the stovetop for a few seconds, run a knife around the edges, and invert onto a plate.

Tip: you can unmold it when you are ready to serve it, or if you prefer to do this in advance, put it back in the freezer after unmolding it.
