Note: Before using any food, be sure to sanitize it very carefully, if possible, soak it in your preferred sanitizing solution.

1- Green tea, beetroot, kale, apple, carrot, lemon juice

  • 1 cup of green tea
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/3 carrot
  • 1/3 beetroot
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation method: Make the green tea separately, then add the ingredients to the blender, pour in the tea (warm-cold), add 2 ice cubes, blend everything, and it's ready. Cheers!

2 – Mango, pineapple, kale, lemon and flaxseed juice

  • 1/2 mango
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of golden flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation method: Blend everything in a blender, add 2 ice cubes, and top with honey to taste. Avoid sugar.

3 – Ginger, carrot, lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 glass of water

Preparation method: Add the ingredients and ice-cold water, blend everything in a blender, and it's ready.

4 – Orange, strawberry and beetroot juice

  • 2 oranges
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 beet
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation method: Start by blending the orange with half a cup of water, then add the remaining ingredients, blend everything, and if desired, drink unstrained. Enjoy!

5 – Apple and strawberry juice

  • 1 apple
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 glass of water

Preparation method: Place the fruit in a blender, gradually add ice water, and taste. If you feel the need to sweeten it, opt for honey.

6 – Lemon, kale and ginger juice

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cabbage leaf
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation method: Blend all ingredients in a blender, and if you want a different flavor, replace the water with coconut water.

7 – Watermelon, ginger and apple juice

  • 2 slices of watermelon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation method: add the water and the other ingredients, blend everything, add two ice cubes and it's ready.

Tip: To make this process more enjoyable and easier, separate 7 jars, one for each day of the week, add the ingredients and freeze, this way it will be more practical to implement this habit into your life.
