Super Creamy Carrot Cake<\/b><\/h1>\n

Ingredients \u2013 Dough<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast<\/li>\n
  • 2 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine<\/li>\n
  • 1 1\/2 cups sugar<\/li>\n
  • 3 eggs<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of milk<\/li>\n
  • 3 to 4 carrots (depending on size)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ingredients \u2013 Topping<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder<\/li>\n
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar<\/li>\n
    • 1 tablespoon of margarine<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preparation Method<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Place the carrots (peeled and chopped) and milk in a blender and blend for a few moments.<\/li>\n
      2. In a separate bowl, place the margarine and sugar and beat well.<\/li>\n
      3. Add the eggs, beat well until the dough is very light, then mix in the flour, beat for a few moments and add the yeast.<\/li>\n
      4. Once everything is well blended, add the blender mixture and mix everything together.<\/li>\n
      5. Place in a greased pan and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 250\u00ba.<\/li>\n
      6. After baking, wait for the cake to cool and make the frosting.<\/li>\n
      7. In a pan, pour the milk, sugar, margarine and chocolate powder, bring to the boil and stir constantly until you can see the bottom of the pan.<\/li>\n
      8. This point is about 10 minutes after the syrup has started to boil.<\/li>\n
      9. Once ready, pierce the cake several times with a knife and cover it with the syrup.<\/li>\n
      10. The result is a delicious cake that looks and tastes like pudding!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Blender carrot cake<\/b><\/h1>\n

        Ingredients<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped<\/li>\n
        • 3 eggs<\/li>\n
        • 1 cup of oil<\/li>\n
        • 2 cups of sugar<\/li>\n
        • 2 cups of wheat flour<\/li>\n
        • 1 tablespoon baking powder<\/li>\n
        • 1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Butter for greasing<\/li>\n
          • Flour for dusting<\/li>\n
          • Ingredients \u2013 For topping:<\/li>\n
          • 5 tablespoons of sugar<\/li>\n
          • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder<\/li>\n
          • 2 tablespoons of butter<\/li>\n
          • 2 tablespoons of milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preparation Method \u2013 <\/b><\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. The cake preparation method is very easy, just blend all the ingredients in the blender, adding the flour little by little.<\/li>\n
            2. Then grease and flour a pan and pour the batter into it. Bake in a moderate oven for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool, and then unmold.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. While the cake is baking, in a pan, place all the topping ingredients and stir well until it comes to a boil.<\/li>\n
              2. Then spread it over the still warm cake and when it cools it will form a crust.<\/li>\n
