1- 150 g of bacon;<\/p>\n
2- 300 g of cooked carioca beans;<\/p>\n
3- 150 g of pork sausage;<\/p>\n
4- 200 to 300 g of white cassava flour;<\/p>\n
5- 2 onions;<\/p>\n
6- 7 eggs;<\/p>\n
7- A bunch of parsley;<\/p>\n
8- 2 cloves of garlic.<\/p>\n
Dice the bacon and sausage and fry well, then add the chopped garlic and onion and saut\u00e9 until golden brown.<\/p>\n
Now add the eggs and stir until they are firm, then add the already cooked beans, and add salt to taste, (remember to add the salt little by little as the sausage and bacon are usually already salty), and the cassava flour.<\/p>\n
