Nega Maluca Cake with Brigadeiro Filling<\/b><\/h1>\n

Ingredients:<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 1 cup (tea) of oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup (tea) of boiling water<\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups (tea) wheat flour<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder<\/li>\n
  • 4 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, chocolate and oil well.<\/li>\n
    2. Then add the hot water, eggs, yeast and mix well.<\/li>\n
    3. Grease a pan with butter and flour, pour in the batter, and bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Nutella brigadeiro filling and topping:<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Ingredients:<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • 250 ml of milk<\/li>\n
      • 300 g Nutella<\/li>\n
      • 2 cans of condensed milk<\/li>\n
      • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter<\/li>\n
      • 3 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n
      • 1 and \u00bd cups of cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preparation Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. In a large, tall saucepan, combine the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, the condensed milk, the butter and the cocoa powder.<\/li>\n
        2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan (brigadeiro consistency).<\/li>\n
        3. When it comes away from the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and mix in the Nutella.<\/li>\n
        4. Transfer the filling to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap close to the cream and let it cool.<\/li>\n
        5. Once cooled, refrigerate for about 1 hour.<\/li>\n
        6. Use in the filling and\/or topping with a piping bag and the nozzle of your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Tip: <\/b><\/h2>\n

          Before detaching from the pan, the brigadeiro will boil and rise a little, so it is necessary to use a large, tall pan.<\/p>\n
