Chicken Pie with Shortcrust Pastry<\/b><\/h1>\n

Ingredients<\/b><\/h2>\n

Mass<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 1\/2 kilo of wheat flour<\/li>\n
  • 250 grams of unsalted margarine<\/li>\n
  • 1 egg<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 cup ice water<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Filling<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 1\/2 kilo of cooked and shredded chicken fillet<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup tomato sauce<\/li>\n
    • 200 grams of chopped olives<\/li>\n
    • 1 clove of minced garlic<\/li>\n
    • 1 chopped onion<\/li>\n
    • 1 cup of cream cheese<\/li>\n
    • 1 box of cream 200 ml<\/li>\n
    • 3 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n
    • salt<\/li>\n
    • pepper<\/li>\n
    • egg yolk for brushing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preparation Method<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Mass<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. In a bowl, combine the flour, margarine, egg, salt, and water. Knead well until the dough comes away from the bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
      2. Filling: saut\u00e9 the tomato sauce with the garlic, onion and chicken.<\/li>\n
      3. Add the olives, cream cheese, and cream. Stir, then add the cornstarch to thicken.<\/li>\n
      4. Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To assemble<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. Divide the dough into 2 parts;<\/li>\n
        2. Stretch the dough;<\/li>\n
        3. Line the pan with part of the dough;<\/li>\n
        4. Add chicken mixture;<\/li>\n
        5. Cover the pan with the other part of the dough, brush with egg yolk and bake for 40 minutes until golden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Pepperoni Pie with Catupiry<\/b><\/h1>\n

          • 1 tablespoon baking powder<\/li>\n
          • 3 cups of wheat flour<\/li>\n
          • 500 ml of milk<\/li>\n
          • 100 grams of melted butter<\/li>\n
          • 3 eggs<\/li>\n
          • Salt to taste<\/li>\n
          • Margarine (we will use it to grease)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Filling<\/b><\/h2>\n

            • 2 cups of creamy catupiry cheese<\/li>\n
            • 3 onions, chopped into petals<\/li>\n
            • 5 slices of pepperoni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              How to Prepare<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Mass<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Step 1 \u2013 All the dough ingredients must be blended in a blender.<\/p>\n

              Filling<\/b><\/h2>\n

              Step 1 \u2013 The calabresa sausage should be fried together with the onion, wait until golden.<\/p>\n

              Step 2 \u2013 The heat should be turned off and the cream cheese added.<\/p>\n

              Step 3 \u2013 In a previously greased pan, place half of the dough and add the filling.<\/p>\n

              Step 4 \u2013 The other half of the dough should be placed on top as a topping.<\/p>\n

              Step 5 \u2013 Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at medium temperature.<\/p>\n
