Ingredients <\/b><\/h2>\n

  • 1 kg of cooked cassava in pieces<\/li>\n
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine<\/li>\n
  • 1 grated onion<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour<\/li>\n
  • 3 cups (tea) of milk<\/li>\n
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups (tea) of grated mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup (tea) of chopped fried bacon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation method<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Place the cassava in a medium baking dish and set aside.<\/li>\n
    2. In a pan, over medium heat, melt the margarine and fry the onion until golden.<\/li>\n
    3. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 1 minute, stirring.<\/li>\n
    4. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring until thickened.<\/li>\n
    5. Season with salt and nutmeg, remove from heat and mix with Parmesan cheese.<\/li>\n
    6. Spread over the cassava, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 20 minutes or until golden brown.<\/li>\n
    7. Remove, sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • 1 packet of crushed cornstarch biscuits (200g)<\/li>\n
      • 2 tablespoons of butter<\/li>\n
      • 1 tablespoon lemon zest<\/li>\n
      • 1 egg white<\/li>\n
      • Lemon zest and lemon slices for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Filling<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. 1 can of condensed milk<\/li>\n
        2. 1\/2 cup (tea) of lemon juice<\/li>\n
        3. 1 box of cream (200g)<\/li>\n
        4. 1 packet of unflavored powdered gelatin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Preparation method<\/b><\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. In a bowl, mix the biscuits, butter, lemon zest and egg white until a moist crumb forms.<\/li>\n
          2. Line the bottom of a 24cm diameter springform pan with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 8 minutes.<\/li>\n
          3. Remove and let cool. For the filling, blend the condensed milk, lemon juice, cream, and gelatin prepared according to package directions for 1 minute.<\/li>\n
          4. Pour over the pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.<\/li>\n
          5. Remove, unmold and decorate with lemon zest and slices to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
