Mass:<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 400 g wheat flour<\/li>\n
  • 200g cold butter<\/li>\n
  • 1 whole egg and 1 beaten egg yolk for the dough<\/li>\n
  • salt to taste (can be a teaspoon)<\/li>\n
  • 6 tablespoons of milk<\/li>\n
  • 1 egg yolk to brush the dough<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ingredients\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Filling:<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 1 kg of chicken breast<\/li>\n
    • 1 medium onion, chopped<\/li>\n
    • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped and crushed<\/li>\n
    • 2 chopped tomatoes without skin<\/li>\n
    • 1 cup of cream cheese<\/li>\n
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/li>\n
    • chopped green onions<\/li>\n
    • 1 can of sweetcorn<\/li>\n
    • 1 can of tomato sauce<\/li>\n
    • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour<\/li>\n
    • 3 chicken bouillon cubes<\/li>\n
    • chopped black olives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How to Prepare<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Mass:<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Mix the wheat and butter in a bowl until it forms a crumbly mixture.<\/li>\n
      2. Add the other ingredients and knead well until you have a smooth dough.<\/li>\n
      3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
      4. Use half of the dough to line the baking pan and the other half to cover the filling, brush the pie with egg yolk.<\/li>\n
      5. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature and bake until golden brown, approximately 40 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        How to Prepare<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Filling:<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. Cook the chicken breast, shred it and set aside.<\/li>\n
        2. In a pan, add the olive oil and fry the onion, do not let it brown.<\/li>\n
        3. Add the garlic and fry a little more.<\/li>\n
        4. Add the shredded chicken.<\/li>\n
        5. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes in 1\/2 cup of hot water and add to the saut\u00e9ed mixture.<\/li>\n
        6. Add the wheat and stir vigorously until it becomes creamy.<\/li>\n
        7. Add the other ingredients, mix well and it's ready.<\/li>\n
        8. Use the filling while it's still cold so the pie dough doesn't get soggy. Swap the corn for hearts of palm; it's delicious.<\/li>\n
