ChocoMo\u00e7a Cake<\/b><\/h1>\n

  • 3 eggs;<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of sugar;<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of milk;<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup of oil;<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup cocoa or chocolate powder;<\/li>\n
  • 1 \u00bd cups of wheat flour;<\/li>\n
  • 1 pinch of salt;<\/li>\n
  • 1 level tablespoon of baking powder;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Note: Cup used 240ml.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Preparation Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n

    1. Beat the eggs with sugar in a mixer, as soon as they double in volume, add the oil and beat a little more.<\/li>\n
    2. Turn off the mixer and add the milk, cocoa powder or chocolate powder, mix with a whisk or spatula, then add the wheat flour, salt and finally the yeast.<\/li>\n
    3. Transfer to a greased and floured pan.<\/li>\n
    4. Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C for 35\/40 minutes.<\/li>\n
    5. Unmold warm or cold. 15 cm diameter mold.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Baba de Mo\u00e7a Filling:<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Ingredients:<\/b><\/h2>\n

      • 1 can of condensed milk;<\/li>\n
      • 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml);<\/li>\n
      • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour;<\/li>\n
      • 2 sifted egg yolks;<\/li>\n
      • \u00bd box of cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preparation Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n

        1. Place everything in the pan, mix well and cook until it cooks and becomes a firm cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Chocolate Mousse:<\/b><\/h2>\n

          Ingredients:<\/b><\/h2>\n

          • 200g of milk chocolate;<\/li>\n
          • 150gm of cream;<\/li>\n
          • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder;<\/li>\n
          • 200 ml of whipped cream;<\/li>\n
          • Chopped milk chocolate (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preparation Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n

            1. Melt the chocolate with cream in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 30-30 seconds, then add the cocoa.<\/li>\n
            2. Mix well and let cool.<\/li>\n
            3. Once cold, add the whipped cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Coverage:<\/b><\/h2>\n

              • 150g of milk chocolate;<\/li>\n
              • 150g of cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
