  • 4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups of refined sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups of wheat flour<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of milk<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons of butter<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder<\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation Method<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat, set aside after the butter has completely dissolved in the milk.<\/li>\n
    2. In a mixer, beat the egg whites until they reach a stiff peak, then add the egg yolks, sugar, flour, reserved milk and baking powder and beat for a few more minutes until you obtain a smooth batter.<\/li>\n
    3. Attention: <\/b>Do not add all the ingredients at once, as it may cause lumps. It is advisable to add one at a time and mix slowly, leaving the baking powder for last.<\/li>\n
    4. Once the dough is ready, separate half of it into another container.<\/li>\n
    5. With the other half of the dough, add the chocolate powder and beat a little more until well mixed.<\/li>\n
    6. In a greased round pan with a central hole, add half of the white dough and then, spreading it all over, the other half with the chocolate powder.<\/li>\n
    7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00ba for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Blender Mixed Cake<\/b><\/h1>\n

      Ingredients:<\/b><\/h2>\n

      • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour<\/li>\n
      • 3 eggs<\/li>\n
      • 2 cups (tea) of sugar<\/li>\n
      • 1 cup (tea) of milk<\/li>\n
      • 4 tablespoons of oil<\/li>\n
      • 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder<\/li>\n
      • 1 tablespoon of yeast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preparation Method:<\/b><\/h2>\n

        1. In the blender, place the ingredients exactly in this sequence: Eggs, sugar, milk, wheat, oil.<\/li>\n
        2. Blend everything until smooth.<\/li>\n
        3. Then add the yeast and stir gently until well combined.<\/li>\n
        4. Divide the dough into two parts and place one part in a round pan with a hole in the middle, greased and floured.<\/li>\n
        5. With the other half you must mix the chocolate powder.<\/li>\n
        6. Pour over the half that is in the pan, making circles.<\/li>\n
        7. Then just bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 40 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
