Savory Hungarian Slice<\/b><\/h1>\n

\"\"<\/b><\/p>\n

Ingredients: <\/b><\/h2>\n

Fermentation:<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 2 tablets of fresh organic yeast (30g)<\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar<\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 cup (tea) of warm milk<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mass:<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 1\/4 cup (tea) of warm water<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup (tea) of butter at room temperature<\/li>\n
    • 100g of cooked and mashed potatoes<\/li>\n
    • 1 egg<\/li>\n
    • 1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n
    • 3 and 1\/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (approximately)<\/li>\n
    • Wheat flour for dusting<\/li>\n
    • 1 egg for brushing<\/li>\n
    • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Filling:<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • 150g grated ham<\/li>\n
      • 150g grated mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n
      • 100g chopped green olives<\/li>\n
      • 150g creamy cream cheese<\/li>\n
      • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preparation method: <\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. For fermentation, in a container, dissolve the yeast with the sugar.<\/li>\n
        2. Add the warm milk and flour and let it rest for 15 minutes to rise.<\/li>\n
        3. Add the dough ingredients and knead until soft and no longer sticks to your hands.<\/li>\n
        4. If necessary, add more flour.<\/li>\n
        5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until you have a 40cm x 30cm rectangle. Distribute the filling ingredients over the dough and roll it up like a Swiss roll.<\/li>\n
        6. Cut the Swiss roll into slices every 2cm and spread them on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the cut side facing up.<\/li>\n
        7. Let it rest for another 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume.<\/li>\n
        8. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.<\/li>\n
        9. Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30 minutes or until lightly golden.<\/li>\n
        10. Wait for it to cool, package and deliver your order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Avocado Cream Recipe<\/b><\/h1>\n

          \"\"<\/b><\/p>\n

          Ingredients<\/b><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • 1 medium, very ripe avocado<\/li>\n
          • 1\/2 can of condensed milk \u2013 200g (if you want it sweeter, use the whole can and don\u2019t add cream)<\/li>\n
          • 1 box of cream \u2013 200g<\/li>\n
          • Juice of 1\/2 lemon (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preparation Method<\/b><\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. Cut the avocado into medium pieces and place in the blender jar.<\/li>\n
            2. Combine the cream and condensed milk and pulse until smooth. If you prefer a more tart consistency, add the juice of 1\/2 a lemon.<\/li>\n
            3. If you have trouble blending, stop the blender, use a spoon to help, and blend again. Do this a few times until the cream is ready.<\/li>\n
            4. Refrigerate in a covered container and serve immediately.<\/li>\n
            5. It is very important to make this cream only when ready to serve so that it does not oxidize and become dark and bitter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
