Lemon and orange cake with white chocolate<\/b><\/h1>\n

Ingredients<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 2 eggs<\/li>\n
  • 1 and \u00bd cups (tea) of sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 and \u00bc cups (tea) of wheat flour (about 250 g)<\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder<\/li>\n
  • 2\/3 cup (tea) of strained orange juice<\/li>\n
  • 2\/5 cup (tea) of oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Filling and topping<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 1 \u00bd tablespoons of cornstarch<\/li>\n
    • 2\/5 cup (tea) of orange juice<\/li>\n
    • \u00bc cup (tea) of lemon juice<\/li>\n
    • 2 sifted egg yolks<\/li>\n
    • \u00bd cup (tea) of sugar<\/li>\n
    • 1 tablespoon of butter<\/li>\n
    • 200g chopped white chocolate<\/li>\n
    • Lemon zest<\/li>\n
    • 1 and \u00bc cups (tea) of chilled fresh cream whipped into whipped cream<\/li>\n
    • 150g white chocolate shavings for decorating<\/li>\n
    • Candied orange for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preparation method<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Stir in the flour sifted with baking powder and the orange juice and oil, alternating with a whisk.<\/li>\n
      2. Pour into a greased and floured round cake pan (23 cm in diameter) and bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.<\/li>\n
      3. Unmold while warm and let cool.<\/li>\n
      4. Divide the cake into 3 layers and assemble in a ring or springform pan.<\/li>\n
      5. Make 2 layers of filling (reserve part of it in the fridge for the topping) and cover with the last layer of cake.<\/li>\n
      6. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.<\/li>\n
      7. Unmold and cover with the reserved cream.<\/li>\n
      8. Decorate with chocolate shavings and candied orange and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Filling and topping<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. Dissolve the starch in the orange juice, add the lemon, egg yolks and sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.<\/li>\n
        2. Add the butter and cook for another 1 minute, without boiling.<\/li>\n
        3. Wait for it to cool a little and add the chocolate, stirring until smooth.<\/li>\n
        4. Once cool, add lemon zest to taste.<\/li>\n
        5. Refrigerate until very cold and gently fold in the whipped cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
