Sorprende a tu familia con esta deliciosa receta de Farofa Calabresa Especial. Es una excelente opci\u00f3n para fiestas o incluso para acompa\u00f1ar una barbacoa.<\/p>\n

Esa farofa est\u00e1 riqu\u00edsima, no hace falta ni decirlo, y una farofa as\u00ed, como esta Farofa Calabresa, muy completa y "llena de trozos grandes", est\u00e1 realmente buena, no hay nada que decir.<\/p>\n

Farofa especial de Calabresa<\/b><\/h1>\n

Ingredientes<\/b><\/h2>\n

  • 50 g de tocino picado<\/li>\n
  • 4 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n
  • 1 cebolla grande, picada<\/li>\n
  • 2 salchichas calabresas cortadas en trozos no muy peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n
  • 3 huevos cocidos picados<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 taza (t\u00e9) de aceitunas picadas<\/li>\n
  • 2 cucharadas de perejil picado<\/li>\n
  • Sal si es necesario<\/li>\n
  • 2 tazas (t\u00e9) de harina de yuca cruda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n

    1. Coloca 2 cucharadas de mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n con el tocino picado y d\u00e9jalo fre\u00edr.<\/li>\n
    2. A\u00f1ade la cebolla y deja que se poche tambi\u00e9n.<\/li>\n
    3. A\u00f1adir la calabresa picada y fre\u00edr.<\/li>\n
    4. Ahora agregamos los huevos cocidos, las aceitunas y el perejil.<\/li>\n
    5. A\u00f1ade la mantequilla restante.<\/li>\n
    6. Mezclar la harina de yuca y cocinar durante un minuto, revolviendo constantemente.<\/li>\n
    7. Ajuste la sal si es necesario.<\/li>\n
    8. Servir caliente o fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Si quer\u00e9is hacer esta farofa con antelaci\u00f3n, hacedlo todo y guardadlo en la nevera (unos 3 d\u00edas), pero a\u00f1adid la harina solo el d\u00eda que la vay\u00e1is a servir, queda mejor.<\/li>\n
      2. Si quieres agregarle 1\/2 taza de pasas oscuras a esta receta quedar\u00e1 excelente.<\/li>\n
      3. Puedes usar margarina, pero sabe mucho mejor con mantequilla.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Ingredientes<\/b><\/h2>\n

        • \u00bd kg de man\u00ed tostado y pelado;<\/li>\n
        • \u00bd az\u00facar;<\/li>\n
        • 1 lata de leche condensada;<\/li>\n
        • 3 cucharadas de margarina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. Pon los cacahuetes, el az\u00facar y la margarina en una cacerola y ponlos a hervir, removiendo constantemente. Cuando empiece a formarse un alm\u00edbar, a\u00f1ade la leche condensada y remueve bien hasta que se despegue de las paredes de la cacerola.<\/li>\n
          2. Colocar en una bandeja de horno untada con margarina.<\/li>\n
          3. \u00a1Dejalo enfriar y c\u00f3rtalo en trozos peque\u00f1os!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Canjica<\/b><\/h1>\n

            Ingredientes<\/b><\/h2>\n

            • 500 g de ma\u00edz blanco<\/li>\n
            • 1 vaso de leche de coco<\/li>\n
            • 50 g de coco rallado h\u00famedo y endulzado<\/li>\n
            • 1 lata de leche condensada<\/li>\n
            • 1 litro de leche<\/li>\n
            • Canela en polvo al gusto<\/li>\n
            • 8 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              C\u00f3mo prepararse<\/b><\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. Enjuague la canjica con agua corriente y d\u00e9jela en remojo durante aproximadamente 4 horas con el az\u00facar. Coc\u00ednela en una olla a presi\u00f3n con 2 litros de agua durante unos 20 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 tierna.<\/li>\n
              2. En otra cacerola, agrega la leche, la leche de coco, la leche condensada y el coco rallado.<\/li>\n
              3. D\u00e9jalo hervir durante 10 minutos y remueve constantemente para evitar que se pegue al fondo de la olla.<\/li>\n
              4. Apagamos el fuego cuando est\u00e9 bien cremoso y finalmente espolvoreamos con canela molida.<\/li>\n
