Para la masa<\/b><\/h2>\n

  • 3\/4 taza de aceite de soja<\/li>\n
  • 1 taza de cacao en polvo<\/li>\n
  • 1 taza de leche<\/li>\n
  • 2 huevos<\/li>\n
  • 20 galletas Oreo trituradas (sin el relleno)<\/li>\n
  • 2 tazas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
  • 3 tazas de harina de trigo<\/li>\n
  • 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ingredientes para el relleno<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 2 latas de crema (con suero)<\/li>\n
    • 8 cucharadas de cacao en polvo<\/li>\n
    • 8 cucharadas de az\u00facar refinada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ingredientes para la cobertura<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • 3 latas de leche condensada<\/li>\n
      • 1 lata de crema<\/li>\n
      • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n
      • 8 cucharadas de Leche Ninho<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        C\u00f3mo preparar la masa<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. En un bol mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos (chocolate, az\u00facar, levadura, harina y galletas trituradas).<\/li>\n
        2. A\u00f1ade poco a poco el resto de los ingredientes (leche, aceite y huevos) y mezcla hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n
        3. Vierta la masa en un molde de anillo engrasado y enharinado.<\/li>\n
        4. Hornee en un horno precalentado a fuego medio durante unos 25 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 dorado.<\/li>\n
        5. Retirar del horno, esperar a que enfr\u00ede y desmoldar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                • 1 caja(s) de crema<\/li>\n

                  Cubierta blanca<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  • 1 lata(s) de leche condensada<\/li>\n
                  • 1 caja(s) de crema<\/li>\n
                  • 1\/2 taza(s) de leche<\/li>\n
                  • 1\/2 cucharada(s) de mantequilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n

                    Masa<\/b><\/h2>\n
                      \n
                    1. Coloque los huevos, la mantequilla y el az\u00facar en una licuadora. Bata durante 1 minuto hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n
                    2. A\u00f1ade el cacao en polvo y la leche y contin\u00faa batiendo.<\/li>\n
                    3. A\u00f1ade poco a poco la harina y bate hasta obtener una masa suave y homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n
                    4. Mezclar la levadura y remover con una esp\u00e1tula.<\/li>\n
                    5. Hornear en un molde de 20 cm engrasado y enharinado, con un agujero en el medio.<\/li>\n
                    6. Hornear en horno precalentado durante 40 minutos a 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Cobertura de brigadeiro<\/b><\/h2>\n

                      1. En una cacerola, calienta los ingredientes para la cobertura del brigadeiro (excepto la crema).<\/li>\n
                      2. Remueve hasta que burbujee y se despegue del fondo de la cacerola.<\/li>\n
                      3. A\u00f1ade la nata y remueve hasta que burbujee. Retira del fuego y reserva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
