Pastel de naranja y zanahoria<\/b><\/h1>\n

Ingredientes<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 1 naranja con c\u00e1scara (sin semillas y sin la parte blanca del medio)<\/li>\n
  • 2 zanahorias medianas, peladas y cortadas en rodajas<\/li>\n
  • 3\/4 taza (t\u00e9) de aceite<\/li>\n
  • 1 \u00bd tazas (t\u00e9) de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
  • 2 tazas (t\u00e9) de harina de trigo<\/li>\n
  • 3 huevos<\/li>\n
  • 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear<\/li>\n
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre molido (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Jarabe<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 3 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
    • 2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
    • jugo de dos naranjas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Pon la naranja, la zanahoria, el aceite, el az\u00facar y los huevos en una licuadora. Lic\u00faa bien durante 2-3 minutos.<\/li>\n
      2. En un bol tamiza la harina de trigo y la levadura.<\/li>\n
      3. Mezcle los l\u00edquidos y los s\u00f3lidos con un batidor. No revuelva demasiado, solo lo suficiente para integrar bien todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n
      4. Transfiera la masa a un molde para hornear engrasado y enharinado (yo us\u00e9 un molde para hornear rectangular).<\/li>\n
      5. Hornear en horno precalentado (180\u00baC) durante aproximadamente 40 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente dorado en la superficie y al insertar un palillo \u00e9ste salga limpio.<\/li>\n
      6. Cuando falten unos 10 minutos para sacar el pastel del horno, empieza a preparar el alm\u00edbar. En una cacerola peque\u00f1a, mezcla bien el az\u00facar y el agua. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio y deja que hierva a fuego lento hasta que el az\u00facar se haya derretido por completo. No lo remuevas. Agrega el jugo de naranja, mezcla bien y deja que hierva a fuego lento hasta que empiece a hervir. Apaga el fuego.<\/li>\n
      7. Al sacar el pastel del horno (mientras a\u00fan est\u00e9 caliente), p\u00ednchalo por todas partes con un palillo. Con una cuchara, vierte el alm\u00edbar caliente sobre todo el pastel. Deja que se enfr\u00ede (o no) \u00a1y a disfrutar!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Observaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/h2>\n

        1. Es muy importante licuar los l\u00edquidos durante 2-3 minutos, ya que este es el secreto de la esponjosidad del pastel.<\/li>\n
        2. Como el tama\u00f1o de las zanahorias var\u00eda, si es necesario agregue otra 1\/2 taza (t\u00e9) de harina de trigo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
