Ingredientes<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 2 huevos<\/li>\n
  • 1 taza y media (t\u00e9) de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
  • 2 y \u00bc tazas (t\u00e9) de harina de trigo (unos 250 g)<\/li>\n
  • 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear<\/li>\n
  • 2\/3 taza (t\u00e9) de jugo de naranja colado<\/li>\n
  • 2\/5 taza (t\u00e9) de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Relleno y cobertura<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 1 \u00bd cucharadas de maicena<\/li>\n
    • 2\/5 taza (t\u00e9) de jugo de naranja<\/li>\n
    • \u00bc de taza (t\u00e9) de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n
    • 2 yemas de huevo tamizadas<\/li>\n
    • \u00bd taza (t\u00e9) de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
    • 1 cucharada de mantequilla<\/li>\n
    • 200 g de chocolate blanco picado<\/li>\n
    • ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n
    • 1 taza y \u00bc (t\u00e9) de crema fresca fr\u00eda batida en crema batida<\/li>\n
    • 150 g de virutas de chocolate blanco para decorar<\/li>\n
    • Naranja confitada para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Batir los huevos con el az\u00facar hasta que queden esponjosos. Incorporar la harina tamizada con la levadura qu\u00edmica, el zumo de naranja y el aceite, alternando con un batidor.<\/li>\n
      2. Vierta en un molde redondo para torta (23 cm de di\u00e1metro) engrasado y enharinado y hornee en horno precalentado a 200\u00b0C durante 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro del pastel salga limpio.<\/li>\n
      3. Desmoldar en caliente y dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n
      4. Dividir el pastel en 3 capas y armarlas en un molde de aro o desmontable.<\/li>\n
      5. Hacer 2 capas de relleno (reservar parte en la nevera para la cobertura) y cubrir con la \u00faltima capa de bizcocho.<\/li>\n
      6. Refrigerar durante 1 hora para que se endurezca.<\/li>\n
      7. Desmoldar y cubrir con la crema reservada.<\/li>\n
      8. Decorar con virutas de chocolate y naranja confitada y refrigerar durante unas 2 horas antes de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Relleno y cobertura<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. Disolver la f\u00e9cula en el jugo de naranja, agregar el lim\u00f3n, las yemas de huevo y el az\u00facar y cocinar a fuego lento, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que espese.<\/li>\n
        2. A\u00f1ade la mantequilla y cocina 1 minuto m\u00e1s, sin que hierva.<\/li>\n
        3. Esperar que se enfr\u00ede un poco y a\u00f1adir el chocolate, removiendo hasta que quede suave.<\/li>\n
        4. Una vez enfriado, a\u00f1adir ralladura de lim\u00f3n al gusto.<\/li>\n
        5. Refrigerar hasta que est\u00e9 muy fr\u00edo e incorporar suavemente la crema batida.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
