- 3/4 cup soybean oil
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 20 crushed Oreo cookies (without the filling)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Ingredients for the Filling
- 2 cans of cream (with whey)
- 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 8 tablespoons of refined sugar
Ingredients for the Topping
- 3 cans of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 8 tablespoons of Ninho Milk
How to Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (chocolate, sugar, yeast, flour and crushed biscuits).
- Gradually add the remaining ingredients (milk, oil and eggs) and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured ring mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold.
How to Prepare the Filling
- In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients and cook over medium heat (not high), stirring constantly until thickened.
- Pour the filling into the hole in the cake and let it cool.
How to Prepare the Topping
- In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients and cook for about 17 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Wait for it to cool and cover the cake.

Preparation method

- Place the eggs, butter, and sugar in a blender. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder and milk and continue beating.
- Gradually add the flour and beat until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Mix in the yeast and stir with a spatula.
- Bake in a greased and floured 20 cm baking pan with a hole in the middle.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180ºC.
Brigadeiro topping
- In a saucepan, heat the ingredients for the brigadeiro topping (except the cream).
- Stir until it bubbles and comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the cream and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat and set aside.
White Cover
- Repeat the same process with the white frosting.
- Place the toppings in jars to cool.
